About the event
Barring good weather, meet us at Lake Montebello for a weekly wellness walk on Sunday mornings at 9am!
We will have a community practitioner, physician or therapist to discuss community health and wellness topics, a movement and mindfulness activity and then walk around lake while getting to know one another!
Join us until our final Sunday on December 11, 2022.
